Danny Davies is a professional chef with over 25 years of experience on land and sea. Including 5 Star Diamond, Michelin star, AA Rosette level, fine dining experience. He has worked at amazing places all over the world cooking for high profile guests, Royalty and heads of state. He is skilled in a range of diets and loves to create fantastic food.

He can manage a galley, feed a multinational crew, has fantastic leadership skills and loves life at sea. Chef Danny knows how to provision in remote locations, budget, create menu plans, speak with charter guests and prides himself in food presentation, pastry and hygiene.
